I'm sweet on sweet potatoes

Sweet potato's are dessert, I'm fully convinced. Sweet taters are so underrated and I don't think they get cooked properly most of the time. However my mama, (pictured below) found a recipe that has most of my family (my little brother, Tanner, is the pickiest child ever) craving these sweet thangs. She stumbled upon the recipe when her and my dad were on the Whole30 diet. Bless their souls. The best part about this recipe is: there healthy.



Ingredients:

Sweet Potato(es)

Coconut Oil

Sea Salt




Utensils: Knife

Baking sheet

Parchment paper

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF

2. Peel sweet potatoes

3.Chop the sweet potatoes to about the size of a quarter

-This is really up to you, just know the size you choose might effect the baking time

4. Melt coconut oil in microwave

5. Mix the coconut oil onto the sweet potatoes

6. Spread the sweet potatoes out onto the baking sheet

7. Sprinkle sea salt on top of sweet potatoes

8. Cook for 10-15 minutes

Gluten and dairy free

*Wait for them to cool before enjoying*
